8 smashing games to grab in September

Autumn is officially upon us, and that means two things: lots of lovely leaf piles to kick through, and a metric tonne of unmissable new game releases.

Spearheading September’s line up is Destiny 2’s gargantuan expansion, Forsaken, which sees you and your fellow Guardians team up to avenge the death of robot buddy Cayde-6. Exotic loot, nine fresh class powers, and Destiny’s largest endgame area ever give you even more bang for your glimmer.

Also coming out this month are the likes of FIFA 19, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and loads more. Here’s the full list of incoming games you simply can’t miss.

Destiny 2: Forsaken

Packing powerful weapons like Legendary bows, nine new class powers, a new multiplayer mode called Gambit, and Destiny’s largest endgame destination ever in the Dreaming City, this hefty expansion is one of Bungie’s biggest for its sci-fi shooter. Come get your exotics.

Marvel’s Spider-Man

Valkyria Chronicles 4

Set in an alternate 1935, Valkyria Chronicles 4 brings tactical, turn-based skirmishes to your gaming setup.
