What you need to know about Apex Legends’ first Battle Pass

Apex Legends’ first Battle Pass launches today at 5PM GMT, as part of its Wild Frontier season.

There’ll be 100 tiers of goodies to unlock throughout the season, with skins, banners, and Apex Coins up for grabs. The Battle Pass costs 950 Apex Coins, while the Battle Bundle, that unlocks the first 25 tiers instantly, comes in at 2,800 Apex Coins. Buying both will also instantly unlock the Wraith Survivor outfit, Lifeline Revolutionary skin, and Mirage Outlaw skin, so you can change up your style before you head back into King’s Canyon.

Apex Legends Battle Pass Free

To unlock items in Apex Legends’ Battle Pass, all you’ll need to do is simple play the game. In a blog post on the Apex Legends website, Lead Product Manager Lee Horn outlined the direction for this first season of new content: “Season 1 is about keeping it focused and allowing players to earn a lot of rewards at a great value (you even get the cost of the base Battle Pass back if you reach level 97). We’ll begin adding more and more innovations each season, as we evolve the Battle Pass.”

Not sure on whether you want to pick up the battle pass? You’ll still be able to get a smattering of new goodies, including one new skin in the form of the Wild Frontier Legend skin, 5 more Apex Packs, and 18 Wild Frontier Stat Trackers for free during this season.

We’ve been buzzing with anticipation to get our hands on some new goodies, and this promises to sate our appetite, especially with a new Legend in the form of Octane racing into the game. We’ll see you in King’s Canyon!
